Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Melbourne Power Equipment endeavours to despatch your order as soon as possible, however this may take up to 2 business days.  

You will be able to trace your order with a tracking number that will be e-mailed to you once the order has been dispatched.

Our freight suppliers will deliver to a business or residential address, to a ground floor only.

Deliveries will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.  Deliveries are not available after business hours, weekends or public holidays.

Please be home on the day your order is due to be delivered. If you are not at the delivery address on the day due for delivery, you will be notified that a delivery has been attempted, and you will have the choice to pick up from the freight depot, or a re-delivery can be arranged for an extra cost. Melbourne Power Equipment is not liable for any cost relating to re-delivery as a result of the recipient not being at the delivery address on the delivery due date.

Our freight suppliers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Estimated delivery times once Despatched:

  • 1-2 Days          VIC
  • 2-3 Days          NSW, ACT & SA
  • 3-5 Days          QLD & TAS
  • 5-7 Days          WA
  • 7-10 Days        NT

Please allow more time for orders sent to remote areas, or large items being sent out.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Melbourne Power Equipment. If your item is faulty upon delivery or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

You will need to provide the following:

  • Your order number or invoice number if known (Appears on the top of confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
