Melbourne Power Equipment endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however this may take up to 2 business days.
Our freight suppliers will deliver to a business or residential address, to a ground floor only.
Deliveries will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Deliveries are not available after business hours, weekends or public holidays.

If you are not at the delivery address on the day due for delivery, you will be notified that a delivery has been attempted, and you will have the choice to pick up from the freight depot, or a re-delivery can be arranged for an extra cost.
