The EF2400is is a model that brings the reliable Yamaha Inverter Technology used on the highly acclaimed EF2800i to the 2kVA class. Not only is it super-quiet (54-59dBA @ 7m), it only weight 32kg and produces 2400 watts on maximum power. Cleaner, quieter and more powerful, the EF2400is is the next step forward in generator technology. The EF2400is has been built to clear the US EPA Phase II and CARB Tier II emissions standards (the worlds strictest). The aluminum die-cast frame with smooth flat surfaces gives this model a design that is not out of place in either household or utility use. In addition, the design provides easy access to the oil filter cap and air filter, and easier access for oil change and other servicing. Yamaha's smart throttle feature automatically adjusts the engine speed to precisely match the energy load. This means much quieter, more efficient engines that run and last longer. The EF2400is also features an Oil Watch warning system to prevent engine damage and for added peace of mind. Melbourne Power Equipment endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however this may take up to 2 business days.
Our freight suppliers will deliver to a business or residential address, to a ground floor only.
Deliveries will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Deliveries are not available after business hours, weekends or public holidays.
Please be home on the day your order is due to be delivered. If you are not at the delivery address on the day due for delivery, you will be notified that a delivery has been attempted, and you will have the choice to pick up from the freight depot, or a re-delivery can be arranged for an extra cost. Melbourne Power Equipment is not liable for any cost relating to re-delivery as a result of the recipient not being at the delivery address on the delivery due date.
